Fusion Global HR: Global Transfer Quick Action Isn't Displaying All Jobs, Departments And Locations for Country (Doc ID 2800184.1)

Symptoms

In Global Transfer Quick Action isn't displaying all jobs, departments and locations

When performing a Global transfer for an employee from Mexico to transfer to US, I can see only jobs for Mexico, and we need to see all jobs (US, MEX, COMMON).

Also departments and locations are displaying only for Mexico, and we need to see all of them, because the employee will change of legal employer of other country.
And vice-versa if we tried to do the same with an employee from US to transfer to Mexico, I can see only jobs, department and locations for US.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User needs to see the jobs associated to the countries involved in the Global Transfer

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Local and Global Transfer
2. Assignment > Job
3. shows only jobs for one country
