Unable to Access the Custom OSF Application over localhost(127.0.0.1) (Doc ID 2800354.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT

Unable to Access the recently created custom OSF application over localhost(127.0.0.1). 


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Follow the instructions listed in section - 4 Develop and Deploy Applications > Create a new application by copying a template    
2. Start the Node.js server with the npm start command in the local machine.
3. Access the localhost page with the port available in the console logs. Normally it is 88, use the link http://localhost:88 
4. An HTTP 404 Error with the above message
