OMC: Cloud Agent Installation in On-Prem Environment Fails With Cnnection Timedout Error (Doc ID 2800363.1)

Oracle Management Cloud Agent installation is being tried in On-Prem environment and this fails with connection timedout error.


2021-05-07 10:05:59 WARN HttpClientHandler:248 - NULL response received from URL [].
2021-05-07 10:05:59 ERROR ConnectivityValidator:152 - Error received while connecting to OMC, the details are:
com.sun.jersey.api.client.ClientHandlerException: Connection timed out:

Compute instance running in a private subnet.
VPN and Proxy has been configured to connect to OMC.

Other Cloud Agents running in Cloud environment(compute instances) work fine and same proxy server is being used.
