After migrating to OCI, users have problems performing workflow actions in the Business Process (BP) records via email.    Sometimes the records get approved, sometimes it will take a while, and sometimes the record does not get approved at all.


When users perform BP record workflow actions via email, the records should reflect the appropriate actions every time and in a timely fashion.
