Symptoms

Problem Description:

With 21C, ex-workers are now able to add a new National Identifier (NID) to their job applications.

However, when an ex-employee tries to add a new NID, the following message is received:

A national ID of type Social Insurance Number already exists for Country xx, and the issue date issue date isn't greater than the expiration date of the existing national ID.
