Symptoms

 Running a TCC Netchange computation ends up with the following error

Error Detail:

Code: internal
Description: A general internal error occurred.
Reason: Index: 98, Size: 28
The error occurred in the following step: Net Change Computation (Pre)
The corresponding code for this error in version 1.0 would have been: -1
The error was caused by the following exception:
java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 98, Size: 28

 (Please note that the Index and Size values might be different)

Changes

Modifications were made to the CSV data file. Data has been added or removed.
