Project Process Configurators Are Not Working As Expected

Project Process Configurators are not working as expected
In order to achieve new business requirement for business, the user has configured few project process configurators and assigned them to invoice method, however the generated invoice value is not as per calculations specified in configurator.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps, for example:
Project Process Configurator 1
Name: Test Configurator1
"CalculationLevelInvoicedCostAmountInContractCurrencyRun" * 1.19
Project Process Configurator 2
Name: Test Configurator2
Edit Invoice Method: Test Invoice:
Invoice Method Classification: Amount Based
Method Assignment Type: Process Configurator Based
Use Invoice Method for Project Billing: No !
Project Process Configurator Assignments:
Processing Order Name Transaction Transaction Type
10 Project Process Configurator 1 Biling Event Test Event1
20 Project Process Configurator 2 Biling Event Test Retention Event
Contract bearing invoice method
Edit Contract : TESTCNTR, Version 4, Billing , Contribution percent 100%, Invoice Method Classification: Amount Based
Created an event for 1000 and generated draft invoice as displayed in below screenshot
Edit Invoice 4
Date : 23/Jul/2021
Contract : TESTCNTR
Tax amount: 100.00
Invoice Amount: 1,000.00
Line 1, Description : 1 Test Invoice, Amount in Invoice Currency: 1,000.00 (EUR)
Invoice Description: Event nr 48, Project Name: Test Project, Task Name: Task1, Billing Resource: Financial Resource
As per the calculations freezed in configurators the values should be as displayed below:
1000 *1.19 = 1190
1190 * 0.05 = 59.5
However only 1000 amount is being displayed.
