Error while moving sub task in Project Financial Plan

User by mistake updated the tasks 3 under task 2, we need to reassign it back to parent node

ERROR

You can't move tasks under the selected task. (PJF-2235571)

Task Subcontract Labor (3) can't be a summary task because it has associated expenditure items.
Error
You can't move tasks under the selected task. (PJF-2235616)
Task Subcontract Labor (3) can't be a summary task because it's associated with a supplier invoice.
Error
You can't move tasks under the selected task. (PJF-2235523)
Task Subcontract Labor (3) can't be a summary task because it's associated with invoice distributions.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

The User by mistake updated the tasks 3 Sucontract Labor , under task 2, we need to reassign it back to parent node
