Symptoms

Item short description is blank in PRODUCT_SHORT_DESCR field in W_PRODUCT_D_TL table.

Steps to recreate:
--------------------

1. Create item in RMS with short description.
2. After moving the data to RMI check the item table(W_PRODUCT_D_TL)
