ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
NI employer is being reported twice in GTN (Gross-To-Net Report) because of IR35 consultants
As seen in the Statement of Earnings and Run Results both 'NI Employer' and 'NI Employer for off Payroll Worker' have the same calculated results.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Employer Taxes or the Employer Contribution should be fed only by either of the 2 balances: NI Employer or NI Employer for off Payroll Worker.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. As seen in the Statement of Earnings and Balance Results both 'NI Employer' and 'NI Employer for off Payroll Worker' have the same calculated results;
2. NI employer is being reported twice in GTN because of IR35 consultants;
