Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, File Import/Export

When attempting to Import contract header records
the following error occurs.

ERROR, "Error during Execution of Consumer Data Load Procedure :OKC_IMP_CONTRACT_IMPORT_PUB.IMPORT_CONTRACT_HEADERS; For Batch : 300000014265702", ,
ERROR, "BATCH ID:300000014265702****PLSQL PROCEDURE NAME:OKC_IMP_CONTRACT_IMPORT_PUB.IMPORT_CONTRACT_HEADERS***ERROR:ORA-00001: unique constraint (FUSION.OKC_K_HEADERS_ALL_B_U2) violated", ,

Log into application
Navigator>Tools>Import Management>
object: contract
