Unable to Change the Serial Number Generation uniqueness to "Unique within inventory items":

Customer has Inventory Organizations with Serial Number Generation Uniqueness set to "Unique across Orgainzation ".

When the user attempts to change Serial Number Generation Uniqueness to "Unique within inventory items", they receive the following error:

You must select the value unique across organizations because another organization has specified that serial numbers must be unique across organizations. (RCS-3360207)
