Custom Email Notifications Not Sending Email Using Postman (Doc ID 2801295.1)

Custom Email notifications endpoint not sending email after the request is successful with the status 200 using Postman

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Goto Admin UI and navigate to settings tab.
  2. Enable the Email settings (New Account).
  3. Open the CCdebug tool /ccadmin/v1/emailNotifications using the below payload
  4. save and see the success status and verify the email triggered
  5. Following the same steps for postman Email will not trigger
