Symptoms
Tax Regime is not created for Country name greater than 30 characters via spreadsheet upload .
ERROR

Record 1: Rejected - Error on table ZX_DATA_UPLOAD_INTERFACE, column GEOGRAPHY_NAME.
Field in data file exceeds maximum length
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Tax Regimes>Download the Tax Regime spreadsheet
2. Populate and generate the .csv file.
3. Manage Tax Regimes>Upload the Tax Regime spreadsheet
4. Note the error in log file.
