Symptoms

Customer following the note 

MFTCS domain fails to start: ORA-28001: password has expired or ORA-01017: invalid username/password (Doc ID 2337965.1)

while generating the wallet it is failing with the error

$MIDDLEWARE_HOME/oracle_common/bin/mkstore -wrl /u01/data/domains/MFTPROD_domain/dbfs/wallet -create < /var/tmp/dbfsp
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: oracle/security/pki/OracleSecretStoreTextUI : Unsupported major.minor version 51.0
