Error on Adding More Than One Performance Role of Manager Type (Doc ID 2801968.1)

The Following are steps to replicate Issue:

1. Login as HR Person and create two Performance Roles of Manager Type

2. Now add them to to Performance Template->General tab

3. Now click on save, then following Error is thrown:
