OCM WebUI Login Redirected To "Sign in to Oracle Social Network" Page (Doc ID 2802087.1)

Symptoms

When logging in to Oracle Content Management Cloud (OCM) Web UI, it redirects "Sign in to Oracle Social Network" login page after successfully authenticated in IDCS.

 

Changes

 The issue occurs with users who do not have primary e-mail address.

Note:
This issue does not occur with IDCS by default, since the primary e-mail address is mandatory attribute for a user. However, the administrator of your IDCS instance may change it to optional attribute by IDCS administration setting (Settings -> User Settings -> Allow primary email address as optional).
