Issue
Project History Data Not Correct With Primavera Project History Subject Area When Filtering By Week Number.

Steps to Reproduce
In Analytics Project History subject area, set up a filter for:


Week 25 - FILTER("Metrics"."# of Projects" USING ("Dates - (Project)"."Data Date" <= timestamp '2021-06-25 04:00:00'-15) AND "Calendar"."Week Name" = '2021-06-20')
Week 26 - FILTER("Metrics"."# of Projects" USING ("Dates - (Project)"."Data Date" <= timestamp '2021-07-02 04:00:00'-15) AND "Calendar"."Week Name" = '2021-06-27')
Week 27 - FILTER("Metrics"."# of Projects" USING ("Dates - (Project)"."Data Date" <= timestamp '2021-07-09 04:00:00'-15) AND "Calendar"."Week Name" = '2021-07-04')

Result:
The Project History data is reflected for week 25 and 26.
Week 27  historical data is not reflected.
