Intercompany batch id generation issue

Try to load intercompany accounting using the Import Intercompany Transactions.

1) The automatic batch numbering is set to true
2) The transaction loading is happening through the ErpIntegration services

On loading data to interface tables, a new batch id is generated as expected in the fun_interface_batches table.
However, on running the "Import Intercompany Transactions" job, new batch ids are again generated in the fun_trx_batches table. As per the understanding, there should be a link between the interface and base table which is not existing because of the regeneration of batch ids.
Is there a way to control the 2 step of batch id/batch number regeneration?
How do users link data from interface tables to base tables to confirm that the load is completed successfully?
