Problem Description:

When Oracle Learning Cloud administrators create assignments or recommendations from the My Client Groups > Learning > Learning Assignments page using any of the Add Learners options, the assignment creation succeeds, but the page is slow to refresh.

When it does refresh, one of the following behaviors occurs:

• This error displays: An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
• The page renders but is mostly empty.
