 Data Pipeline Load Time Completion Guidelines

Please note following Data Pipeline Load Time Guidelines / Service Level Objectives(SLO):

1. First Initial Full Load can take upto 24 Hrs.

2. For oneoff/ondemand Full Load please check the load start time SLO for ondemand full load is upto 24 hrs.

3. For daily incremental load please validate the incremental scheduled time SLO for the incremental is 8 hrs.

If above SLO time has elapsed without Data Pipeline load completing please raise an SR so that we can work with DevOps team to validate the load status.
