Symptoms

Orders are flowing from External System to OTM. Using agents these Orders are planned and shipment activity is performed. During this activity - it is observed that LOCAL_JTS is Maxed out and below error is raised in the console logs. After this system became highly unusable.



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send Order Releases inbound OTM transmission
2. Configure agents to build shipments
3. OTM become very unstable .
