Symptoms

When attempting to import program,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

JBO-BEN:::BEN_ELPRO_UNIQUE_CRIT_SEQUENCE: The sequence number you entered is already in use. Select a unique sequence number.
EligibilityProfile: JBO-BEN:::BEN_ELPRO_UNIQUE_CRIT_SEQUENCE: The sequence number you entered is already in use. Select a unique sequence number.
