OTBI reports erroring out while opening from Fusion Report & Analytics (Doc ID 2802649.1)

Goal

While navigating from Fusion Report & Analytics to OTBI reports most of the reports were not opening properly with below error

Request url : /deny.jsp

There was a change in custom folder name  from 'custom' to 'Custom' due to which all existing report paths were failing.
