Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Award Project/Budget/Reporting

Error while baselining project budget created manually

ERROR

"You must provide a value for the BudgetPeriodId attribute. ()"

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When submitting "Create Baseline" for Award Project Budget 402203G, the following error message is displayed - .... Need help to understand what causes this error. The budget is created manually.
