Getting Error "504 gateway timeout error" When Selecting Backend From The Events In OMH (Doc ID 2802732.1)

Symptoms

In OMH dashboard/console, when you click on Events and select the backend, an error message is displayed "Something's gone wrong, but we don't have enough information to tell you how to fix it. Try looking at the browser console for clues." When you look into the network console, it shows 504 gateway time out error.
