Goal

Is there any option to capture the Incentive Expenses in Amortized Schedule on monthly basis in Fixed Assets?

Business Requirement:
Add lease incentives at the inception, middle and end of the lease term. The lease incentive is then amortized over the life of the lease and is a direct deduction to the monthly lease expense.
