Error: "Unable to load data" When Clicking Schedule Tab on Workspace Report (Doc ID 2802976.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to view schedules on a workspace report, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Unable to load data
An unknown error has occurred.
PRM-000000000

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into OPC.
  2. Open a workspace.
  3. View Reports.
  4. Select a report and view 'Schedule' tab. Error.
