Error: "Unable to load data" When Clicking Schedule Tab on Workspace Report

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to view schedules on a workspace report, the following error occurs.
Unable to load data
An unknown error has occurred.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into OPC.
- Open a workspace.
- View Reports.
- Select a report and view 'Schedule' tab. Error.
