Data Conversion Not Showing Business Validation Errors For SUP_IMPORT_ATTR (Doc ID 2803096.1)

Symptoms

The Data conversion tool does not show business validation errors for Sup_IMPORT_ATTR entity even though there are error captured in backend table rdc01.SVC_ADMIN_UPLD_ER.

Steps to reproduce : 
1. Upload a file for SUP_IMPORT_ATTR with errors in it.
2. Notice from UI - Business validation that there are no errors.
3. Query table SVC_ADMIN_UPLD_ER to find error in data.
