How To Create The PO For The Fulfillment Lines In Bulk? (Doc ID 2803213.1)

Goal

We want to create the Purchase Order against the fulfillment line of the Purchase Contract. Right now  I want to know if we have to create the PO against these fulfillment lines in bulk via ADFDi or FBDI, is such a solution offered by Oracle fusion contracts module?
