Purpose

 This document provides the detailed technical steps to apply the July 2021 CPU/PSU patches on a Data Integration Platform Cloud Classic (DIPC-C) Instance.

 Steps to apply the patches
 Step 1: Download the patches and place them on the VM
 Step 2: Unzip the patch files on the VM
 Step 3: Make sure all the servers are down before proceeding with patching
 Step 4: Update the JDK
 Step 5: Update Opatch
 Step 6: Apply the WLS PSU Patch 12.2.1.3.210630 - 33064699 on the DIPC Domain
 Step 7: Apply ADR for Weblogic Server 12.2.1.3.0 July CPU 2020 – patch 31544340
 Step8: Run the lspatches command again after applying the patches to confirm that they are applied
 Step 9: Start the node manager
 Step 10: Start all the servers, confirm functionality, and remove the patch files copied to the VM
