Discrepancy in Privileges assigned to a user:


When a user is assigned the role ORA_RCL_FIELD_SERVICE_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB, the user is also assigned the privilege PER_USE_LOCATION_SERVICE_PRIV.

The Oracle Seeded role ORA_RCS_SUPPLY_CHAIN_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB also inherits the ORA_RCL_FIELD_SERVICE_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB.

However, users assigned the ORA_RCS_SUPPLY_CHAIN_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB role did not inherit the PER_USE_LOCATION_SERVICE_PRIV privilege that is a part of the ORA_RCL_FIELD_SERVICE_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB role.

Why is this privilege missing for a user assigned the ORA_RCS_SUPPLY_CHAIN_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB role?
