Unable To Create Commit Profile For A Shared Documents Folder (Doc ID 2803400.1)

Symptoms

Unable to create a Content and Experience Capture Cloud Service Commit profile that commits to the documents folder.  This folder has been shared with the user creating the commit profile.  The shared folders are not listed when the user clicks the "Select Folder".  Only folders the user has created are listed.
