Symptoms

Different behavior obtained for 2 environments while inputting a URL in the browser to navigate to an Opportunity Record subtab

Accessing the URL for Environment A is taking the user to the correct subtab
Accessing the URL for Environment B is not taking the user to the correct subtab, but to the Summary page

Steps to reproduce:
Input the following 2 URLs in the browser to see the difference:
https://[POD-URL-A]/customer/faces/CrmFusionHome?cardToOpen=MOO_OPPTYMGMTOPPORTUNITIES_CRM_CARD&tabToOpen=MOO_OPPTYMGMTOPPORTUNITIES_CRM&TF_subTabName=Quotes&TF_skipToEditOptyId=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
https://[POD-URL-B]/customer/faces/CrmFusionHome?cardToOpen=MOO_OPPTYMGMTOPPORTUNITIES_CRM_CARD&tabToOpen=MOO_OPPTYMGMTOPPORTUNITIES_CRM&TF_subTabName=Quotes&TF_skipToEditOptyId=yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy


Expected behavior:
Both URLs to land on the Quotes and orders tab
