Symptoms
DB provisioning is failing with the following errors during dbda execution, while starting up the instance.
ocde log file shows:
start instance nomount before rman
starting rman to restore controlfile TO +DATAC1/ccsdcd_us0wtm1d01c1/CONTROLFILE/control.ctl...
ERROR : controlfile restore failed
dbda log file shows:
start instance nomount before rman
