Missing INVENTORYTRANSACTIONPEODISTRIBUTIONACCOUNTID values for transaction type Transfer Order Issu

Within the fscmtopmodelam_inventoryam_inventorytransactiondetailpvo the INVENTORYTRANSACTIONPEODISTRIBUTIONACCOUNTID is null for transaction type 34 (Transfer Order issue).

Customer needs this INVENTORYTRANSACTIONPEODISTRIBUTIONACCOUNTID to be populated for transfer order issues. 

Why is the distribution account id is null for all transfer order issues found within the inventory transaction detail pvo?
