IDCS: User Accounts Are Automatically Set to Inactive

Information in this document applies to any platform.
User accounts are set to an Inactive state very frequently in IDCS without an Administrator taking manual action.
There should be only ONE source of truth for every user. When a value like active or inactive differs between two instances, the last synchronization wins. In your case it might flip between active/inactive all the time via the sync.
