While Writing File With StageWrite Action It Fails With Error And Flow Trace Shows Error "Error Fetching Payload" (Doc ID 2803982.1)

Symptoms

While writing file read from Object Storage using stage write action, it fails with error

Error fetching Payload

BASE64Decoder: Error in encoded stream: needed at least 2 valid base64 characters, but only got 0 before padding character (=)" or "Error in encoded stream" or "needed at least 2 valid base64 characters

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create integration to get file from object storage using REST API
2. Map the file reference -> Stream Reference (Stage write is configured with opaque schema)
3. Run test to get the issue reported.
