Symptoms

In Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) when using "LKM Oracle ERP Cloud to SQL" to load a large (~700MB) report from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), the following error occurs at the "Decode Data" step:
