OCI: Is it possible to create a single-node Dataguard DB System from 2-node RAC DB System.? (Doc ID 2804119.1)

Goal

We have a requirement to create a standalone physical standby VM for a 2 node RAC database in OCI.

However, when we are creating a standby from console, we see a 2 node rac standby is created instead of a standalone.


 Is it possible to create a single-node Dataguard DB System from 2-node RAC DB System.?
