Xstore - Store Address Update Not Getting Published Into MFCS (Doc ID 2804135.1)

Symptoms

Store Address update not getting published into MFCS, while from external system whenever the update message were pushed into MFCS, messages were successfully processed, but didn't see the update address getting applied.
Later tried to process the message via SOAP UI and found that update address is not applied, whereas if modify Store manager name it get reflected in MFCS.

Steps To Recreate:

1. Open Soap UI.
2. Try to invoke XStoremodaddr payload.
