Goal
User is attempting to add parts on the Part Details (section) on the Service Request page. After selecting the Service activity the Item List Of Values (LOV) is empty.
Steps:
The Items setup and the Service type matches to MATERIAL, LABOR or EXPENSE
The Service activity is setup as Customer Support
Navigate:
1. Service Activity
2. Create Service Request
3. Part Details
4. Add Part
5. Select the Service Activity (Install)
> Item LOV is empty (No item available using search)
