opportunities are not pulling the correct Weighted Revenue and the correct Grid Probability.

Issue:
Many opportunities are not pulling the correct Weighted Revenue and the correct Grid Probability.
On some of these record if grid probability is deleted and re-entered again it fixes the Weighted Revenue, however in some cases the issue comes back for the very same records which were fixed.

Example : Opty XXX which showed 95% Grid Probability a few weeks ago but it was 1% on the record. This grid probability was re-entered and the report showed it correct after that at 1%. Today the grid probability was incorrectly showing 95% again, so it needed to be fixed again.
