(Doc ID 2804381.1)
Last updated on SEPTEMBER 30, 2021
Applies to:
Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service - Version 19.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
On Transfer Detail screen, the "From Location Cost" is represented in Transfer Unit of Measure (UOM), while the Available Quantities are always represented in EA. And, if the Transfer UOM is not EA, then this leads to incorrect computation.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Data Setup
1a. Standard UOM: EA
1b. Selling UOM: EA
1c. Item Standard Store Order Multiple (SOM): Inner (INR)
1d. Item/Location SOM: Case (CS)
2. Test Setup
2a. From Location Type: Warehouse (WH)
2b. To Location Type: Store (S)
3. Transfer Creation
3a. Create intercompany transfer from WH to Store.
3b. Add an Item with the above data setup.
3c.Note that the Transfer UOM defaults to INR, which does not match the SOM for either location.
Note: altering the UOM from Unit of Transfer (UOT) to Standard UOM does not impact this popup. Possible Defect 1:
3d. While the From Location Cost is represented in Amount per Transfer UOM, the Available Quantities is represented in EA.
3e. In other words, the representation of Quantity and Cost does not match.
