Goal

On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Permits

We are experiencing a Bad Request error trying to edit the work description on a permit. We have been unable to reproduce the problem in the lower environments, and it is only happening on this permit, as far as we know. The permit was submitted in April 2021, so well prior to our current 21.07 release.
