Azure AD Gallery Application provisioning not syncing groups to IDCS via SCIM sync.

Azure Gallery Application for OCI Console was created to create federation and provisioning services to IDCS.

Provisioning services were set up and running successfully for users, but we were not seeing groups or group membership updates in IDCS.

User membership in the IDCS group is a referential attribute from the Azure group.
