Classification With Product Catalog Hierarchy Is Not Working (Doc ID 2804607.1)

Symptoms

Transaction has Classification Error status.  The Classification Rule is based on Product Catalog Hierarchy. 

SETUP

1. Enable attribute "Product Catalog Hierarchy" for Classification
    Setup and Maintenance >Setup: Sales > Incentives > Task : Configure Tables and Columns
         Table : CN_TP_TRANSACTIONS_ALL
         Column : INVENTORY_ITEM_ID
         Enable for Classification : Checked
2. Create Classification Rule

    Compensation Plan > Manage Classification Rules > Create > Qualifying Criteria
         Attribute = Product Catalog Hierarchy
         Value = select a product group ( eg. "INV PROD GROUP 1" )

3. Create transaction with Inventory Item = 9213 - INV 1900/2000G PCT STA CEC - CX VAR

4. Run Classify Credits

5. Review transaction and see that it has "Classification Error" status.
