OAC Connection To Fusion Apps OTBI Fails With "Invalid Host Name" Error (Doc ID 2804748.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Analytics Cloud connection created to access OTBI responds with 'Invalid Host Name' error on Save.
The OAC -> OTBI connection configuration used a Native IDCS User account with Admin privileges.
( NOTE: OAC Connection configuration does not support the use of SSO-Enabled user authentication )

The OTBI user account login to OTBI works with IDCS password, but fails when used in OTBI connection setup.

The OTBI user account chosen was also in use by OTBI to open the OTBI Fusion App Security Console.
