Tooltips in uDesigner BP Design Randomly Erased After Being Added to Design (Doc ID 2804918.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When adding or modifying tooltips on a Business Process (BP) design, one or more tooltip entries are randomly erased.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Tooltips to remain saved and visible after reopening the window

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open a Business Process in uDesigner
  2. Go to Upper Forms
  3. Click Tooltips
  4. In the Tooltips dialog add tooltips to multiple data elements
  5. Navigate through rows using the << and >> buttons
  6. Click Close Window
  7. Re-open Tooltips
  8. Notice that one or more tooltips entered may be erased
