DCA DC_ITEM - Item Load Gives PACKAGE_ERROR (Doc ID 2804924.1)

Symptoms

Uploading Items using DCA. Entity Name = DC_ITEM. The business validation for the upload fails with this error.
@0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-00001: unique constraint (RMS01.PK_PRICE_HIST) violated@2DC_ITEM_APPROVAL_SQL.PERSIST_PROCESS_ITEM.

Process Id = 492


Steps to recreate;
1. Login to the DCA application.
2. Go to Data Conversion -> Import from File.
3. Select Group Name = Items
4. Select Entity NAme = DC_ITEM
5. Select File name = DC_ITEM74
6. Enter Description.
7 CLick on
